  • Are you getting worn down by morning mayhem, bedtime battles, sibling scuffles, dawdling and defiance?
  • Do you try to avoid using threats, bribes and punishments, but find yourself using them anyway, just to survive the day?
  • Would you like to learn practical and effective methods that will make life with little kids easier and more satisfying?

“How To Talk So Little Kids Will Listen” is an experiential, effective and fun program for parents and caregivers of children ages two to seven, based on the best selling book by Joanna Faber and Julie King. You’ll do practice exercises and role-plays, have time to ask questions, and get feedback from Julie. Each week you’ll leave the session with practical strategies that you can implement immediately to improve communication and discipline and enhance your relationships at home.

This online workshop meets using Zoom.us. Space is limited to give all participants the opportunity to practice and ask questions. Sessions are not recorded for privacy reasons. Learn more about Julie King at julieking.org.

“This workshop was WONDERFUL! It was so helpful to talk to Julie and hear her wise and experienced take on so many of the struggles that we go through as parents to little children every day. She has such a graceful way to help us see the impact of our words on our children and how we can shift our thinking and way we speak to really help them be problem solvers and want to cooperate. I highly recommend it!”
